Topic: Design Responsibility for Engineered Precast Systems

Court Phillips has BSCE and MSCE degrees from Purdue University and holds professional engineering registrations in five states.  He has over 40 years of experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry and presently is the Engineering Manager with Salmons P.C., a precast concrete specialty engineering company. He is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Design Handbook Committee.  Court previously worked with TPAC for 27 years.

 

Mark Cerminara has a BSCE degree from Penn State University and holds professional engineering registrations in seven states.  He has over 28 years of experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry and presently is the V.P./General Manager with Salmons P.C., a precast concrete specialty engineering company. He is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.  Mark worked with TPAC for two years then with Coreslab Structures for 19 years.
