Biographical Sketch of Mr. Paul Scott

Mr. Scott has a BS in Civil Engineering from the Iowa State University and 40 years of engineering design experience. Mr. Scott is a Partner of Caruso Turley Scott, Inc. since 1982. He has been a registered structural engineer since 1982, and has professional registrations in 25 United States and in the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. He has been project manager for various public and private companies throughout the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Mr. Scott's Career Highlights include:

-Fellow with the American Consulting Engineers Council

-Board Member and Chair with the City of Phoenix Development Advisory Board

-President of the Arizona Consulting Engineers Association

-President of the Arizona Structural Engineers Association

-Vice Chair of the Phoenix Urban Villages NMA 3

-Chairperson of the Phoenix Rehabilitation Appeals Board, Phoenix Design Advisory Board, and the Arizona Consulting Engineer Association
